HOW TO REGISTER
Corporate Organization
To register your corporate organisation on RIVTAMIS is quite easy. You will need the organisation’s email address and phone number. Also, RIVTAMIS will request for your email address and phone, or the email address and phone number of the organisation's representative who will manage the RIVTAMIS account for the organisation. Follow the simple steps below:

SEARCH
Click Register to display the Search Form. Click Corporate category and enter the name of your organisation in the text box provided. Click the search icon to display a list of organisations with names similar to yours. Locate the exact name of your organisation from the list and click on it. If you do not find the name of your organisation, Click the Not Found?, Register link on the search result. A registration form will display.

COMPLETE REGISTRATION FORM
Complete the registration form displayed. Ensure you complete the required fields highlighted in red. Click the submit button when you are through. An email will be sent to the company’s representative. Check your email and click the sent link to confirm your registration. Update your records after confirming your registration and submit the update form.

ACCOUNT ACTIVATION
After your account updating, the RIRS will activate your account and you will receive an email to that effect. Account Activation will take only 24 hours.

RECEIVE YOUR RIVTIN
When your Account is activated, you will receive an email
informing your organisation of this action. You will also
receive your RIVTIN, which will uniquely identify you as
a Corporate Taxpayer and as a PAYE Agent. You will also be
informed on how to receive your Certificate as a PAYE
Agent. Your account will also be enabled to allow you
perform other activities like uploading of employees,
filing of annual returns, payments, etc.
